About me

I'm most interested in building support infrastructure for social innovation. My focus areas are currencies, social investing, incubator spaces, hosting techniques and "playing for change" (aka having fun with doing good!).

I'm a member of the MetaCurrency project, and consult for Nodilus

I'll be traveling through Europe with a group of young folks over the summer of 2010 to document the best in social innovation. We'll make our harvests available to the public via web, and to young social innovators at peer-mentoring events along the way.

This trip is a learning journey for me, to research and test out some of the ideas and projects I have been working on:

I am interested in creating a social innovation space that is part "school," part enterprise incubator, part intentional community. Like a social entrepreneurship monastery!

I've been developing a game using special social innovation trading cards as a currency and mind-mapping tool to support innovation.
