About me
Dipl. Ing. Anne Caspari. I hold an MSc in nature conservation and environmental planning from Hannover University, Germany.
I have since worked in the field of biodiversity, landscape ecology, strategic planning in many national and EU projects, living in Germany, London, Rome and Brussels.
In 2000 I moved to Rome, Italy, where I started working also on personal development and consciousness training (Avatar®, www.insight-avatar.net). Since then she I been delivering courses in Germany, Italy and Holland and the UK, and Integrity/shadow work (upper left, zone 1 and 2) is a part of my daily practice and for me the key to everything else.
For five years I taught Landscape Ecology and Environmental Planning
at Rome University “La Sapienza” as a private lecturer, before I started teaching in 2007 topics such as Sustainability, Business Ethics, and `Leadership, Governance and Corporate Sustainabilit` at the European School of Economics in both Rome and London.
In 2004 my work in personal development led me to Wilber's integral framework. This finally and satisfactorily combined my work on exterior environment and the interior work on belief management and collective value systems, especially when dealing with cross cultural multi stakeholder projects. It led to the foundation of MindShift Integral Planning (www.integral-planning.org), together with Karin Rometsch, Berlin.
I currently operate from Basel, Switzerland, and am implementing meshworks on value driven business. After having lived in big cities for decades, I am enjoying very much the refreshing presence of a big river to swim in, clean air and marvellous landscapes. Other than this, I still enjoy Italian food, Tango Argentino, horse back riding, landscapes, anything integral, and, yes, travelling.
