This page was started in the year 2010. Bearing in mind the year 2020, it is not enough to think about the latest ideas and concepts in leadership and management. This particular decade is interesting. What is going on with politics, global economy, natural resources, population and climate changes? Will online social networks explode, implode or transform? Can we identify possible tipping points? Is some kind of ad-hoc collective leadership (continue when I can't) possible in a heavily interconnected social environment? Is Thomas Friedman right when he names his book "The World Is Flat"? Can people finally resolve some of those conflicts that no one remembers anymore how, why and when they started?
