    Where have all the outcomes gone?

So there was an outcome in Cancun (http://2020.global.gaiaspace.org/global/pg/file/malecic/read/17420/outcome-of-the-work-of-the-ad-hoc-working-group-on-longterm-cooperative-action-under-the-convention). But, where is a sense of urgency, enthusiasm, devotion and community? As problems keep on growing, dwarfs will hesitate more and more.

I am currently getting involved with the http://www.worldservice.org/index.html?s=1  see under programmes  world syntegrity project  ... where I will re-activate that service..

I don't hold much confidence in the formal governments making a significant enough commitment to shfit the game.  (but I'm open to the Brilliant Black Swan-ness of being totally wrong on this!! )
